GhostWire: Tokyo – Every little thing we find out about Shinji Mikami’s subsequent recreation

Shinji Mikami took the stage at Bethesda’s E3 convention this 12 months to announce Tango Gameworks’ first new undertaking since The Evil Inside 2. GhostWire: Tokyo will likely be an “action-adventure recreation by which you will battle paranormal enemies and rid town of supernatural evil.” After giving an introduction, Mikami handed the stage to GhostWire’s artistic director Ikumi Nakamura to inform us extra in regards to the studio’s subsequent thriller. 

Within the announcement trailer, individuals are proven disappearing like they have been raptured. There are a number of sorts of creepy spirits, some even seem like they’re actively disappearing frightened residents. The trailer ends with a bow-wielding character who appears to be the protagonist casting some type of magic (perhaps for dispelling evil spirits?) and saying “Do not worry the unknown. Assault it.”

What is going to GhostWire: Tokyo’s gameplay be like?

We do not know a lot, because the cinematic announcement trailer from E3 did not grace us with something that regarded like gameplay footage. 

Based on artistic director Ikumi Nakamura, GhostWire is not just like the survival-horror video games that Tango Gameworks is thought for. Nakamura mentioned throughout Bethesda’s press convention that we’ll meet quite a lot of spirits, “some harmful, some peaceable” as we tackle conspiracies and the occult in Tokyo.
